Location : Remote

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with hands-on experience to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, building custom WordPress solutions, and collaborating with designers and project managers across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites

  • Build custom themes and plugins as per project requirements

  • Customize WooCommerce functionality, checkout flows, and integrations

  • Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility

  • Optimize website performance, security, and SEO best practices

  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and marketing tools

  • Debug issues, fix bugs, and maintain existing WordPress sites

  • Collaborate with designers, QA, and project managers remotely

  • Follow coding standards and version control (Git)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience with WordPress development

  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

  • Experience with custom themes and plugin development

  • Hands-on experience with WooCommerce customization

  • Familiarity with WordPress hooks, filters, REST API, and Gutenberg

  • Experience with popular plugins (ACF, Elementor, WPML, etc.)

  • Understanding of website performance optimization and security

  • Experience working with Git / version control

  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks

  • Knowledge of Shopify or headless CMS

  • Experience with hosting platforms like Kinsta, SiteGround, or WP Engine

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

  • Prior experience working in a remote-first environment
